Said company has this day been advised accordingly and
requested to begin operations at the earliest practicable date.
All digging and necessary work preparatory to laying pipes,
digging for towers, etc., and such other assistance of unskilled
labor as may be needed will be furnished by said school.
Payment for said wind mill etc., will be made by this office
upon presentation of a proper account by said company, accompanied
by the usual certificate from you that the work has been perform-
ed in strict accordance with the proposition of September 14th
1892, above referred to.
