Kiowa, Agency, Oklahoma

Sir:

Referring to office letter to you of the 19th of Sept. last,
you are informed that since Mr. McCallum has failed to make arrang-
ments with Strauss for the transfer of his business and has with-
drawn his application to trade at Kiowa, I have decided to renew
the license of Mr. Sam'l Strauss when he shall furnish satisfact-
ory papers - bond and application - upon blanks herewith.
