Kiowa &c Agency, Oklahoma Territory.

Sir:

You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for
you to expend a sum not exceeding $200.00 in the open market pur-
chases, from Indians, of fifty (50) cords of wood, at not to exceed
$4.00 per cord, delivered at the Fort Sill boarding school, where
it is required for cooking and heating purposes during the present
fiscal year, as requested in your communication of November 17th
last.
