Sir:

As you are aware the Kirkwood Wind Engine Co., of Arkansas
City, Kansas, has been awarded the work of erecting wind mills,
etc., at certain schools under your charge.

Should said company call upon you for any information
relative to the construction of the water supply system, you will
furnish full and explicit information covering each and every
point immediately upon receipt of said company's communication.
